Welcome to the SNoo.GL App (hereafter referred to as "App," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your personal data. You agree to the terms and practices outlined in this Privacy Policy by accessing or using the App. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

The types of information SNoo.GL receives and collects depend on how users use its Services. Certain information is required to deliver the Services, and without this information, SNOO.GL will not be able to provide its Services to users stated as-

a. User Registration: When you create an account on the App, we collect your personal information, such as name, age, gender, photo, address, phone number, e-mail id, your contacts, your current location and nominee details including other details required for account setup.
b. Your Connections: SNOO.GL provides a contact upload feature that allows you to provide us with phone numbers from your address book on a regular basis, including those of users of our Services and your other contacts. However, we will only process this information if permitted by applicable laws. If any of your contacts are not using our Services, we will handle this information in a way that ensures those contacts cannot be identified by us. You can learn more about our contact upload feature in our documentation. Additionally, you have the option to create, join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, and such groups and lists will be associated with your account information. You can give your groups a name and provide a group profile picture or description.
c. Classifieds Platform: If you use our classifieds platform to buy or sell goods locally, we collect information related to the transactions, such as product details, pricing, and contact information, Vehicle Number and Registration Details.
d. Digital Payments: If you use our payments services or engage in purchases or other financial transactions through our Services, we may process additional information about you, including payment account and transaction details. This information is necessary to complete the transaction, such as your payment method, shipping details, and transaction amount. If you use our payment services available in your territory, you can find detailed information about our privacy practices in the applicable payment privacy policy. The said information consists of-
PAN Card Number: The app may collect your PAN card number for verification and compliance purposes. This is to ensure that you are a legitimate user and to meet regulatory requirements.
KYC Related Information: As mandated by relevant regulatory authorities, the app may collect videos or other online/offline verification documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This helps to verify your identity and comply with legal obligations.
Business-Related Information: If you are using SNOO.GL for business purposes, the app may collect relevant business-related information to facilitate transactions and provide tailored services.
Aadhaar Information: If you choose to use Aadhaar information for e-KYC authentication with UIDAI, the app may collect your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID. However, please note that submission of Aadhaar information is not mandatory, and you can use alternative identification methods like PAN or GST number.
OTP: When using services related to banking, the app may collect and use One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to you by your bank verification and security purposes.
Financial Information: SNOO.GL may collect and store financial information such as your balance, transaction history, investment details, bank account details, wallet balance, and order details. This data is essential for smooth transactions and to provide you with accurate account information.
Transaction Communication: The app may retain communication-related to services or transactions, including service fulfillment details, to keep you informed and provide necessary support.
Card Details: For seamless transactions using other services within SNOO.GL, the app may collect and store part of your card details (e.g., the last few digits) to facilitate smooth transactions. Note that sensitive card information is typically processed and stored securely by payment gateways and not directly by SNOO.GL.
e. Wi-Fi connection information: When you allow us the permission to detect your Wi-Fi connection, we optimize your experience such as more detailing on maps, better image loading etc.
f. SMS: If you allow us to access your SMS, we read your SMS to autofill or pre-populate ‘OTP’ while making a transaction and to validate your mobile number. This provides you a seamless purchase experience while making an order and you do not need to move out of the app to read the SMS and then enter it in the app.
g. Identity Proof: If you opt for KYC verification available on our platform, we may request a copy of your identity proof. You can provide any of the following documents: a driving license, passport, or any other identification card that is convenient for you. The purpose of this verification is to ensure the security and authenticity of your account.
h. Real-Time Image of Your Face: As part of the KYC verification process, we may require a real-time image of your face. This is to match the image with the identity proof provided and further strengthen the security measures for your account. Please note that KYC verification is currently available to a limited number of users.
i. Registration Certificate (RC) of Your Vehicle: If you choose to list your car on our Services, you may have the option to provide the Registration Certificate (RC) of your car. This information is required to verify the ownership and legality of the car listing. Please be aware that the option to provide RC is currently available to a limited number of users.
1.2. Usage Information We Collect:
a. Messaging and Communication: The App allows you to send contacts, text messages, voice messages, images, and videos, and make voice and video calls. We collect and store this data to facilitate message delivery and improve App performance.
However, there are certain circumstances where we may temporarily store your messages in encrypted form on our servers during the process of delivering them:
Undelivered Messages: If a message cannot be delivered immediately, such as when the recipient is offline, we retain the message in encrypted form on our servers for up to 30 days as we attempt to deliver it. After 30 days, if the message remains undelivered, we delete it from our servers.
Media Forwarding: When a user forwards media within a message, we temporarily store that media in encrypted form on our servers to facilitate more efficient delivery of additional forwards.
b. Social Media Sharing: When you post images or short videos on the social media platform, we collect and store the content, filters used, and other associated data.
c. E-Commerce Transactions: If you make purchases on our e-commerce platform, we collect details such as product orders, shipping addresses, and payment information.
d. Customer Support and Other Communications: When you contact us for customer support or communicate with us for any other reason, you may provide information related to your use of our Services. This may include providing copies of your messages or any other relevant information that you believe would be helpful for us to address your inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you may provide your contact information, such as an email address, so we can respond to your inquiries effectively. Any information you share with us during these interactions will be handled in accordance with our privacy practices.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information:
a. Usage And Log Information:
At SNOO.GL, we collect information about your activity on our Services, which includes service-related, diagnostic, and performance data. This encompasses details about how you use our Services, your Service settings, and interactions with others on our platform, including interactions with businesses. We also capture the time, frequency, and duration of your activities and interactions. Moreover, we keep track of log files, diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports. This applies to instances when you share your location with your contacts or view locations nearby or shared by others. 6. Account/Card Deletion
We provide all our Users an option to request the deletion a specific account through the support section on the SNOO.GL App. Following such request, we delete all such information related to the specific account including but not limited to profile information, card data, transaction details, reward details, referrals details, statement details, google oauth sessions etc. that we are not required to retain.
In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your account, such as if there is any outstanding dispute, loan products availed through the SNOO.GL App or unresolved claims pending on your card/account. However, upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, the information is immediately deleted and can’t be recovered thereafter. Note that we may retain certain information if necessary for our own legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention and enhancing users’ safety and security or to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
You also have the option to request for an account or card deactivation/archival instead. This will temporarily block your access to SNOO.GL App until you send a re-activation request on support@snoo.gl and successfully re-activate your account.

9. Compliances
We have implemented required Information Systems Management System policies and procedures in order to maintain industry standard best practices and applicable controls.
We have successfully completed “Data Localization” requirements as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. This means all our customer data securely resides inside on one or more data centres located within India.
